Cookies are small values stored by your browser. This website also uses browser local storage, which stays on your device rather than being sent with every page request. Optional technologies are off until you choose to allow them. Refusing them does not prevent browsing, using our tools or sending an enquiry.

Essential website storage

itried_session

First-party session cookie. Maintains your session and supports form security and validation recovery. Expires after 120 minutes of inactivity; website use renews it.

XSRF-TOKEN

First-party security cookie used to protect requests against cross-site forgery. Uses the same session lifetime described above. These security cookies do not serve advertising.

itried_consent_v1

First-party local storage recording your selected categories, policy version and choice time. The site asks again after 180 days, or when the consent version changes. After expiry the record is ignored until you make a new choice. If your browser blocks storage, your choice applies only to the current page.

Optional analytics

Google Analytics helps measure use of the public information pages. It is blocked before consent and after rejection. It is not loaded on diagnostic tools, enquiry forms or these policy pages, even when analytics is enabled. Advertising storage, advertising personalisation, Google Signals and user-provided advertising data are not enabled by this integration.

After analytics consent, Google can set _ga and _ga_* first-party cookies. This site's tag requests a maximum lifetime of 180 days, renewed by visits. These identifiers support usage measurement. See Google's privacy policy for the provider's processing practices.

Optional maps, reviews and chat

• Google Maps: an embedded map on the fibre pages. Once enabled, Google receives connection information and the address or coordinates you choose to preview. You can submit an address without loading the map.
• Elfsight: displays Google customer reviews when you enable external services and open the reviews section. Elfsight may use cookies or local storage under its privacy policy.
• ITried CRM chat: connects only when you enable external services and start chat. It uses the local-storage key itried_crm_chat_token to reconnect your conversation. That token has no automatic browser expiry; this site's consent controls remove it when external-service permission is withdrawn.

Google and Elfsight control their own storage, which can vary with the provider, your account and browser. Their storage may include session and persistent identifiers. We cannot read or erase third-party cookies from this site; your browser's site-data controls can remove them. External services can process data outside South Africa.

Changing or withdrawing consent

Use Cookie settings in the footer to accept all, reject optional services or save individual category choices. Essential security storage stays enabled. If you withdraw a permission while its scripts are active, the page reloads to stop them. Accessible first-party analytics cookies and the local chat token are removed when their category is disabled. Withdrawal does not reverse information already sent.

Your choice applies to this browser and origin, not automatically to other devices or browsers. A private window, cleared storage or expiry may make the banner appear again. Browser controls can block or delete storage, but blocking essential cookies can stop secure forms from working. A page script failure leaves optional services disabled.
