Services, quotes and orders

Submitting a form requests a quote, availability check or contact from our team. It does not, by itself, purchase a licence, register a domain, reserve connectivity or create a paid service agreement. We confirm the scope, availability, price, taxes, billing period and applicable supplier terms before an order proceeds.

A separately agreed quote, order or service agreement sets the terms for paid work, including payment, cancellation, renewal and support. Microsoft and other suppliers may have their own licence and service conditions. Nothing here removes rights that applicable consumer law gives you.

Using the free tools

Use the tools only for lawful purposes and for systems you own, administer or are authorised to assess. Do not attempt to access private systems, bypass safeguards, disrupt services or use the site to send spam or malicious content. Reasonable request limits help keep the tools available to everyone.

DNS, IP, domain and security results are snapshots based on the data available at the time. They can be incomplete, delayed or incorrect. They are not a full security audit, proof that a system is safe, a guarantee of domain availability or a substitute for professional assessment. Check results before making changes to a working system.

Your information

Provide accurate contact and enquiry details, and submit another person's information only when you are authorised to do so. Do not put passwords, access tokens, payment card details or unnecessary confidential information into forms, chat or diagnostic inputs. Our privacy policy explains how website information is handled.

Content and third-party services

ITried's content and branding, and the product and client logos displayed here, belong to their respective owners. Do not reproduce them in a way that infringes their rights or implies an endorsement. Links, maps and other third-party services have their own terms; a link is not a guarantee of the service or its content.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep the site useful and available, but maintenance, technical faults and third-party outages can interrupt it. We may correct information, change tools or restrict abusive requests. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the accuracy of free diagnostic results. These terms do not exclude liability or remedies that the law does not allow us to exclude.

Changes and disputes

Updates to these website terms will appear here with a revised date. They do not retrospectively alter an existing paid agreement. Contact us first with any concern so we can try to resolve it. South African law applies, without limiting any mandatory protections or access to regulators or courts available to you.
